 The Umbrian cuisine is closely tied to tradition, and that means it’s simple, genuine and of the highest quality.
For our menus, we decided to respect the environment by rediscovering seasonal specialities, and the freshness and typical ingredients of our area. Our dishes follow the changing seasons, and offer the colours and flavours of our land.
We make every dish just as carefully as we would at home: our cappelletti, made by hand according to our traditional family recipe, are just one example.
Umbria is the land of quality wines, with full-bodied reds and round, fragrant whites from the wineries of Montefalco, Torgiano, Cannara, Spello and Orvieto. We prefer wines from Umbria’s DOC and IGT areas, as we think they’re the perfect match for the goodness and traditional flavours of our dishes.
